As their team continues to expand, they are hiring a UX Researcher on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.<br><br><strong>The company</strong><br><br>The studio have been established for over 10 years, but culturally have maintained the essence of a small(ish) and growing business. They have never viewed themselves as delivery partners for their clients, and instead have established themselves as a genuine extension of their clients in-house team, with the focus of doing three things incredibly well.<br><br><ol><li>Build a deep understanding of their clients objectives.</li><li>Deliver real, valuable insights on how to get there from a product perspective.</li><li>Design exceptional experiences</li></ol><br><strong>The role of the Researcher</strong><br><br>You will be joining a small team of designers, strategists and engineers and will be the 'go to' person for all research requirements; both short-term (tactical) and longer-term (strategic). Specifically, you can expect to:<br><br><ul><li>Identify and prioritise impactful research opportunities</li><li>Write participant briefs and research plans</li><li>Deploy a wide variety of research methods based on the needs of specific projects</li><li>Help deepen and further build their process and toolkit for UX Research</li></ul><br><strong>Your experience</strong><br><br>The ideal profile for this hire is likely to demonstrate three core things when it comes to past experience, but above all they're looking to work with smart, nice, reliable people.<br><br><ol><li>Experience working within agency/studio environments (You must have this experience)</li><li>Have owned research projects previously / are happy working autonomously</li><li>Have a broad mix of qualitative and quantitative research skills</li></ol><br><strong>The practical bits</strong><br><br>💸 £50,000 salary (pro-rata) - <em>£50,000 is what you would earn across the full 12-month period.</em><br>📅 Starting ASAP<br>🤝 1-Stage interview process<br>📍 Hybrid, but largely remote from within the UK (Expect 1-day per week in London)<br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
