They support businesses / industries where both safety and high-level training are absolutely essential, and they’ve transformed workplace education through a combination of cutting-edge SaaS tools, VR simulations and bespoke e-learning content which is delivered via their platform.<br> <br>Our client is going through an exciting phase of growth, with the goal of scaling their technical team, as well as raising the bar for talent even higher, so they can continue to innovate and push boundaries. Subsequently, they’re looking to recruit an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to help them on this journey.<br> <br>Reporting into their VP of Technology, this client-facing role will focus on their B2B SaaS offering and will involve collaboration with multiple tech / digital teams to keep projects on schedule, whilst improving the quality of outputs. Additionally, it’s a chance to support quarterly roadmap planning, whilst leveraging you expertise to boost team efficiency, and enhance overall technical standards across the business unit.<br> <br>This will suit a Technical Delivery Manager that has gained B2B SaaS experience in a highly regulated industry. Furthermore, it requires the necessary communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, as well as the seniority to comfortably steer multiple concurrent projects, such as migrations, onboarding and integrations.<br> <br>Requirements:<br><ul><li>4+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.</li><li>Good technical knowledge and mindset, preferably with an engineering background or Computer Science degree.</li><li>B2B SaaS experience.</li><li>Previously worked in heavily regulated and / or safety critical industries such as Utilities, Telecoms, Healthcare, Transportation, Education.</li><li>Experience with data migration projects.</li><li>Highly proficient in Agile, utilising different methodologies within cross-function teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of managing simultaneous complex technical projects.</li><li>Relevant certifications to demonstrate your Agile and Project Management credentials.</li></ul><br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. Jamie Perlmutter

<p>Jamie has worked in the tech/digital sector for over a decade and since joining Futureheads in 2016, he&rsquo;s helped a number of leading businesses to scale and achieve their strategic and commercial goals.<br>&nbsp;<br>His recruitment mantra (inspired by a poster in one of our meeting rooms) is to work hard and be nice to people. In practice, this means Jamie strives to go the extra mile, providing clear channels of communication and leveraging his problem-solving skills to create positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.<br>&nbsp;<br>Jamie&rsquo;s a hands-on recruiter and people manager whose experience includes both embedded and 360 contingency recruitment, spanning all talent disciplines across the product development lifecycle. However, his sweet spot is Product Design, UX, Service Design and User Research.<br>&nbsp;<br>Outside of work, when Jamie&rsquo;s not busy being a dad to his young son, you&rsquo;ll either find him at gigs, eating fancy burgers or complaining from the North Bank at the Emirates Stadium.&nbsp;</p>
