<p>Futureheads is currently working with a digital experience agency looking to bridge the gap between &lsquo;digital strategy&rsquo; and the execution of &lsquo;digital experiences&rsquo; to make breakthrough products &amp; services.<br><br>They are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join the team based in London (hybrid working &ndash; 3 days a week in the office) and paying up to &pound;60K.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Confident in managing large and complex digital projects with large project teams.</li>
<li>Experience delivering complex projects in an agile environment utilising artefact and ceremonies from agile delivery practices to suit the project needs.</li>
<li>Solution-orientated.</li>
<li>Experience working in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Strives to learn, grow and to expand experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Background</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience scoping, briefing, documenting, timeline management, risk mitigation, change management, and delivery for large projects</li>
<li>Experience in managing the delivery of high-volume traffic, consumer facing websites &amp; platforms (e.g. e-commerce, rewards, or transactional systems)</li>
<li>Familiarity with processes around projects involving large infrastructure configuration &amp; deployments where data and infrastructure security are key considerations</li>
</ul>

<p>Luke is a Senior Consultant who recruits Product and Project Managers for permanent roles.</p>
<p>He is focused on achieving the best results for both the clients and candidates he works with and will work tirelessly to make sure that he finds the best match for what you're looking for. Luke works in a consultative way, listening to the key things you are looking for and giving honest feedback on what roles he thinks will work best for you from what you've said.</p>
<p>Outside of work Luke is a keen Cricket fan and is currently a member at the Oval, regularly watching Surrey play. He enjoys catching up with Friends in his free time and exploring London on the search to find its best pubs and restaurants.&nbsp;</p>
