Futureheads has partnered with an innovative InsurTech business that’s leveraging AI/ML and developing cutting-edge solutions to transform the life insurance industry.<br>  <br> Our client is financially secure (with the backing of a major US-firm) and they’ve recently undergone a significant transformation, which has seen them adopt a product-led approach and sustainably grow in headcount, to accommodate their increasing impact and presence within the market.<br>  <br> They’re currently looking to recruit 2x Senior Product Analysts (one for each of their core platforms), to further facilitate their data-driven future; better understand customer behavior, assess product performance and ultimately help take their products to the next level.<br>  <br> The ideal candidates will have experience using Mixpanel, an impressive background in data analytics and a track record of success in a startup / scaleup environment, where they’ve worked in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br>  <br> Requirements:<br>  <br><ul><li>3+ years experience in a Product Analyst role.</li><li>Great track record of delivering actionable insights and improving product performance within a startup or scaleup environment.</li><li>Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Customer.io, and AppsFlyer or similar tools for funnel management and analytics.</li><li>Highly collaborative approach, working in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering and UCD teams.</li><li>Used data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.</li><li>Familiar with data science concepts and techniques such as predictive modelling and segmentation.</li><li>Experience in a relevant business type or vertical – Insurance, FinTech, data-driven products, SaaS, AI/ML etc.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or other advanced degree preferred.</li></ul><br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. Jamie Perlmutter

<p>Jamie has worked in the tech/digital sector for over a decade and since joining Futureheads in 2016, he&rsquo;s helped a number of leading businesses to scale and achieve their strategic and commercial goals.<br>&nbsp;<br>His recruitment mantra (inspired by a poster in one of our meeting rooms) is to work hard and be nice to people. In practice, this means Jamie strives to go the extra mile, providing clear channels of communication and leveraging his problem-solving skills to create positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.<br>&nbsp;<br>Jamie&rsquo;s a hands-on recruiter and people manager whose experience includes both embedded and 360 contingency recruitment, spanning all talent disciplines across the product development lifecycle. However, his sweet spot is Product Design, UX, Service Design and User Research.<br>&nbsp;<br>Outside of work, when Jamie&rsquo;s not busy being a dad to his young son, you&rsquo;ll either find him at gigs, eating fancy burgers or complaining from the North Bank at the Emirates Stadium.&nbsp;</p>
