Futureheads are working exclusively with a Cleantech business in the travel space. The business offers both software and hardware to consumers, making it more cost effective and efficient for customers to use. The business are a start-up, with a cross-functional team of 50 people and are continuing to grow! The role is mostly remote, with one day a month expected in the London office.<br><br> As part of this growth they are hiring a Product Manager to join their cross-functional tech team. Reporting into the Lead Product Manager, this role will work closely with a team of developers, and a designer. The role will oversee their website, and iOS and Android apps, as well as other products that are in the pipeline. The role will focus on the User Experience & journey which you will continuously improve through data insights and user feedback, contributing to the product roadmaps to ensure everything aligns with user needs and expectations.<br><br> It's a really exciting time to join, and make an impact as they continue to grow.<br><br> To apply for this role, you will need:<br><br><ul><li>Experience in a Product Management role within a software environment.</li><li>Knowledge of native mobile apps would be a benefit, as would experience working on user friendly products.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>An understanding of agile methodologies.</li></ul><br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. <p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>
