<p>Futureheads are working closely with a Fintech client who are looking to hire a Product Manager to join their Platform Product Management team. They are a leading credit and store card service, working with some of the world&rsquo;s best retail brands.<br><br>The Platform team is growing this year and have an exciting 2023 ahead of them. This role will be working on their Acquisition Platform, building world-class services for their customers. Working closely with the Commercial and Technical teams, you will take their visions and goals to bring a cohesive strategy together, and then shaping, owning and building out new capabilities on the team. This will have a focus on innovation, quality and pace, following an agile way of working.<br><br>They have a fantastic product culture and are looking for other Product Managers who are keen to learn and inspire others across the digital team.<br><br>Experience required for this role includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previously driving the full product delivery life cycle, working with a cross-functional team.</li>
<li>Strong data-driven decision-making&nbsp;skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to work closely with stakeholders, internally and externally</li>
<li>Proven agile experience.</li>

Emily Massey

<p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>
