<strong>Product Lead </strong><br>  <br><ul><li>Non-Profit Org</li><li>Fully Remote (UK Only)</li><li>£60,000 – 70,000</li></ul> <br> We have an amazing opportunity for Product Lead / Lead Product Manager, who is looking to use their powers to make a positive social impact and drive ‘tech-for-good’ initiatives.<br>  <br> Futureheads has partnered with an inspirational non-profit organisation with a rich history of providing support to individuals, local communities and public health services across the UK.<br>  <br> The charity has just commenced a major transformation programme, with the goal of creating new digital products to further facilitate their incredible mission. Subsequently, they’ve engage Futureheads to help them recruit a dynamic Product Lead – somebody with the skills and experience to enable their tech-driven future.<br>  <br> Reporting directly into their COO, the Product Lead will play a critical role within their newly established Product and UX team. It’s a position with a broad senior remit. Responsibilities will range from establishing product management processes from scratch, defining their product strategy, creating the roadmap, and ultimately spearheading the 0-1 delivery of both their B2C and B2B offering.<br>  <br> Whilst the initial phase of this work will be delivered in partnership with an external agency, as a Product Lead, you’ll gradually bring everything in house and have the chance to recruit and line manage another Product Manager to support your work.<br>  <br> As you’ll be operating within a business that’s never previously built digital products, it’s crucial that you’re able to implement ‘best practice’ for product management, make data-backed decisions and have the communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.<br>  <br> Requirements:<br>  <br> ✅ 7+ years Product Management experience, including lead-level responsibilities.<br> ✅Managed products across the full 0-1 life cycle – creating a product strategy and roadmap, as well as owning the delivery.<br> ✅Experience with both B2B and B2C products, spanning web and mobile.<br> ✅Strong technical aptitude, balanced against genuine user-centricity.<br> ✅Previous Line management experience is strongly desired.<br> ✅Agile advocate.<br> ✅Comfortable leveraging quant and qual data to make decision.<br> ✅Brilliant stakeholder management skills.<br> ✅A great storyteller and communicator who can demystify complex technical matters when speaking to non-technical people.<br> ✅Comfortable operating in an environment that lacks product maturity.<br>  <br> If you’re an experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Lead that’s looking for a exciting mission-driven opportunity, then please apply.<br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. Jamie Perlmutter

<p>Jamie has worked in the tech/digital sector for over a decade and since joining Futureheads in 2016, he&rsquo;s helped a number of leading businesses to scale and achieve their strategic and commercial goals.<br>&nbsp;<br>His recruitment mantra (inspired by a poster in one of our meeting rooms) is to work hard and be nice to people. In practice, this means Jamie strives to go the extra mile, providing clear channels of communication and leveraging his problem-solving skills to create positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.<br>&nbsp;<br>Jamie&rsquo;s a hands-on recruiter and people manager whose experience includes both embedded and 360 contingency recruitment, spanning all talent disciplines across the product development lifecycle. However, his sweet spot is Product Design, UX, Service Design and User Research.<br>&nbsp;<br>Outside of work, when Jamie&rsquo;s not busy being a dad to his young son, you&rsquo;ll either find him at gigs, eating fancy burgers or complaining from the North Bank at the Emirates Stadium.&nbsp;</p>
