And with the programme now entering a critical phase, they are seeking a PMO / Project Coordinator with business change experience to help with the deployment of a new cutting-edge system.<br> <br>As a PMO Coordinator, you’ll need a proactive and flexible approach, extensive experience across the full project management delivery cycle and a track record of successful software rollouts in businesses that have digital platforms that connect with complex hardware.<br> <br>Responsibilities include:<br> <br><ul><li>Monitor and report on rollout progress using Azure DevOps (ADO) and MS Office Suite, ensuring effective task tracking and progression.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to determine rollout sequences and schedules.</li><li>Liaise with third-party suppliers and internal teams to manage technical resource deployment.</li><li>Plan and coordinate training schedules, ensuring alignment with rollout milestones.</li><li>Ensure effective document and information management.</li><li>Identify and monitor project risks, implement mitigation plans, and support team members in achieving project objectives.</li></ul> <br> <br>Essential Requirements:<br> <br><ul><li>5+ years experience as a PMO / Project Coordinator.</li><li>Demonstrable track record of successful systems rollouts in complex businesses that rely on both software and connected hardware.</li><li>Worked in environments undergoing business change and digital transformation programmes..</li><li>Strong working knowledge of project Management methodologies, tools and project control mechanisms.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills including planning and forecasting</li><li>Good MS Excel skills.</li><li>Hands on delivery focused.</li><li>Desirable: previous in-depth use of Azure DevOps. PMO Coordinator

Jamie Perlmutter

<p>Jamie has worked in the tech/digital sector for over a decade and since joining Futureheads in 2016, he&rsquo;s helped a number of leading businesses to scale and achieve their strategic and commercial goals.<br>&nbsp;<br>His recruitment mantra (inspired by a poster in one of our meeting rooms) is to work hard and be nice to people. In practice, this means Jamie strives to go the extra mile, providing clear channels of communication and leveraging his problem-solving skills to create positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.<br>&nbsp;<br>Jamie&rsquo;s a hands-on recruiter and people manager whose experience includes both embedded and 360 contingency recruitment, spanning all talent disciplines across the product development lifecycle. However, his sweet spot is Product Design, UX, Service Design and User Research.<br>&nbsp;<br>Outside of work, when Jamie&rsquo;s not busy being a dad to his young son, you&rsquo;ll either find him at gigs, eating fancy burgers or complaining from the North Bank at the Emirates Stadium.&nbsp;</p>
