Over 900,000 people are already on this journey utilising the technology the business provides, and they are now looking for a Lead Product Manager to build out their newest product. Ths is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office.<br><br> This is a new role for the business, and you will own the vision and strategy for this product working closely with two other Product Managers who will report into you, as well as a cross-functional team of developers and designers. As the Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new features, and planning improvements where needed.<br><br> <strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that the product is simple to use, and will positively affect the lives of users.</li><li>Collaborate with user experience, mobile and backend teams to help drive adoption, and maximise product engagement. understand and solve our customers needs.</li><li>Lead and coach a team of small team of Product Managers, working together to create an outstanding product.</li></ul><strong>Requirements for the role:</strong><br><br><ul><li>A driven, ambitious individual who’s looking to build their career at an exciting very-fast-growing company</li><li>You are a seasoned product manager with lots of B2C and Customer-facing product experience.</li><li>You are commercially and technically minded – you understand technology and how to build product to take as well as able to take concepts and explain limitations between marketers and engineers and work well with a broad range of teams</li><li>Understanding of the general fundamentals of product management and core structural processes i.e. problem recognition, analysis, development, testing, development, retesting, launching etc.</li></ul><br> <br><br>  <br /><br /><em>Here at Futureheads, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. <p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>
