<p>Digital Project Manager FTC<br><br>We are looking for 2 Digital Project Manager's to support us in our mission to transform the physics landscape for the UK and Ireland, and ensure a thriving ecosystem that contributes to innovation, discovery, research, growth and debate in the UK, Ireland and beyond.<br>What will I be doing?</p>
<ul>
<li>Delivery of digital solutions for major projects, taking responsibility for decisions that ensure successful delivery</li>
<li>Leading project teams of internal and external resourcing to effectively collaborate on digital projects</li>
</ul>
<p>Projects you work on may include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Digital member experience improvement projects</li>
<li>Replacement of our applications system</li>
<li>Salesforce improvement work</li>
</ul>
<p>Who will I work with?</p>
<ul>
<li>Colleagues in the digital team (in-house staff and contractors)</li>
<li>A range of internal stakeholders including project delivery teams</li>
<li>External digital agencies</li>
</ul>
<p>Ideally, we hope you'll apply if your skills include:<br>Essential Criteria</p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent and demonstrable project management, organisation and time management skills; able to run both Agile and Waterfall projects</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital technologies and how web systems are constructed</li>
<li>Team player - the ability to work co-operatively with others to achieve common goals</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice to have</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Drupal and Salesforce</li>
</ul>

Sophie Holt

<p>Sophie heads up all things freelance for the Product and Projects team, working on a variety of roles up to C-level.</p>
<p>As part of the Product and Projects Team at Futureheads Sophie works with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts placing them with a broad range of clients from small start-ups, consultancies and well-known brands.</p>
<p>Outside of work Sophie enjoys socialising, watching reality TV and spending time with her mini dachshund puppy - Luna &lt;3. Sophie is also passionate about health and fitness and is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher.</p>
