So to address this problem, our client has launched a product that brings car maintenance online – vetting garages, negotiating the best rates  and even collecting and returning your car after the work has been carried out.<br> <br>The product is already live in both the UK and France, where it’s partnered with 350+ garages, completed over 100,000 customer bookings and received more than 4000 5-star TrustPilot reviews. However, they have ambitious plans for further growth and to help them on this journey, they’re looking to add a talented Performance Marketing Manager to their small London team.<br> <br>This is a chance to take full ownership of their performance marketing; leading the strategy and execution of paid acquisition efforts, manage budgets optimize campaigns and provide regular in-depth reports. Jamie Perlmutter

<p>Jamie has worked in the tech/digital sector for over a decade and since joining Futureheads in 2016, he&rsquo;s helped a number of leading businesses to scale and achieve their strategic and commercial goals.<br>&nbsp;<br>His recruitment mantra (inspired by a poster in one of our meeting rooms) is to work hard and be nice to people. In practice, this means Jamie strives to go the extra mile, providing clear channels of communication and leveraging his problem-solving skills to create positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.<br>&nbsp;<br>Jamie&rsquo;s a hands-on recruiter and people manager whose experience includes both embedded and 360 contingency recruitment, spanning all talent disciplines across the product development lifecycle. However, his sweet spot is Product Design, UX, Service Design and User Research.<br>&nbsp;<br>Outside of work, when Jamie&rsquo;s not busy being a dad to his young son, you&rsquo;ll either find him at gigs, eating fancy burgers or complaining from the North Bank at the Emirates Stadium.&nbsp;</p>
